Working with Yolie was a dream. Not only does she know the ins and outs of the business, she develops strong relationships with all parties to make the process easier for everyone. Yolie was on top of everything and helped me make the right decisions. I can’t imagine having gone through this process with anyone else.

Yolie was really present in all the steps of the house purchase; from the viewing to the contracting and closing. She puts herself in the shoes of the buyer and provides as much detailed and useful advice as one could wished for. Her service was not at about making money, rather about assisting the client so he/she feels comfortable with the decision they are making. This has been very helpful at times when some options needed to be weighed. I highly recommend her for any home buyer or seller.

Buying a home was a fantastic experience, in large part thanks to Yolie. Before I met her, I was working with another group that didn’t feel like they were to involved. I happened to speak with Yolie at a property that was just about to be taken off the market. Wasn’t able to buy that place, but I was lucky to meet Yolie. From the beginning she was very knowledgeable and was able to help me understand what was happening with the market during the pandemic. I work for a few hospitals and putting in a lot of hours. Yolie worked around my crazy schedule. She was on top everything. Once we found a place, she was able to keep me and the sellers safe. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Yolie. She was truly amazing throughout the whole crazy house buying process. We weren't the easiest of clients and we were on a tight deadline but Yolie was a champ. She interviewed us to get a good idea of what we were looking for so she wouldn't waste our time and we so appreciated it. We started looking when my son was just 7 weeks old and it was the dead of winter so I didn't want to waste my time driving around in the cold. The houses she had us look at were always dead on and met both of our tastes. She is an expert realtor and her expertise helped us save time and money. We were in a hot sellers market and lost out on a few bids and started to get discouraged but Yolie kept pressing on and found us the house of our dreams. She worked with the seller's agent and helped us negotiate a fair and competitive offer that helped us win. Yolie worked with me to purchase my first home. My experience with Ms. Dantel are beyond words can describe. I had the most frustrating condo-unit to sell due to the deteriorating conditions of the building. However, Ms. Dantel never gave up. With every offer received she was able to analyze to determine who is likely to close. Her professionalism from the time of Listing my condo-unit, to Closing was superb. Ms. Dantel patience and understanding during challenging moments were reassuring. In all, Ms Dantel made a painful experience rewarding in the end. Ms. Dantel has now become our family official Real Estate Agent and Friend!

When I was buying my house, I was blessed to have Yolie as my agent. I told her what I Was looking for and my price range, she showed me a lot of houses in the computer and personally took me to the houses I was interested in; Yolie is a great listener, she cares about her client, she understands it's a big investment buying a house and she makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have, from our first meeting to closing, Yolie have always been there for me. We are still great friends, I have recommended her to all my friends, family and co-workers who is interested in buying or selling a house.
